SUPPORTMATTERS is our Family & Carer Support Service. This is a home visiting service which provides support to stroke survivors and people living with aphasia, their carers and families.
SUPPORTMATTERS also provides opportunities for people living with aphasia to build their confidence in using their social and communication skills.
